Optical Display Film Series
Brightness Enhancement Films:
Utilizing 1H3L and random prism structures, these films are ideal for MNT/TV, NB, and other display devices. Variants are available with different base thicknesses, prism designs, brightness gains, and back-coating treatments to meet specific customer and application needs.

Composite Films:
These combine two or more optical functional layers into one, significantly enhancing performance beyond that of single-function films.


DOP Composite Brightness Enhancement Film:
Features a high-haze top layer for wide viewing angles and privacy, and a large-pitch prism bottom layer for increased brightness. Through various designs of haze, prism structure, and thickness, the film supports both large-size TVs and mid-size MNT displays.

MOP Composite Brightness Enhancement Film:
Engineered with micro-lens and prism hybrid structures, it delivers both wide viewing angles and high brightness. Micro-lens sizes range from 25μm to 34μm and are arranged randomly or in honeycomb patterns to reduce interference patterns—ideal for high-end TVs and monitors.

COP/CPP Prism Reflective Polarizing Films:
Representing the trend toward “optical film integration” in backlight modules, these films replace traditional BEF + DBEF combinations, saving space while utilizing polarization recycling and prism focusing. They are core brightness components in ultra-thin TVs and automotive displays.

DBEF-Like Polarized Reflective Brightness Films:
Multiple mass-produced models (e.g., HRF-H250T2, HRF-350C1, HRF-390C1) are available. These use nanometer-level multilayer or Brewster-angle film structures to recycle light polarization and enhance energy efficiency—key components in LCD energy saving and high brightness applications.

DPP Composite Brightness Enhancement Film:
A three-layer film composed of a diffusion layer, top prism film, and bottom prism film—replacing traditional “diffusion + top BEF + bottom BEF” assemblies. The diffusion layer contains PMMA microbeads for 85%-95% haze and Moiré suppression. Single-layer brightness gain exceeds 60%, and dual-layer cross structures can reach 120%—ideal for high-end TVs and displays.

POP Composite Brightness Enhancement Film:
With a dual-prism laminated structure, this film outperforms MOP and DOP in optical efficiency. Rounded or flat-top prisms reduce brittleness and scratch risk. A jittered pattern disrupts periodicity to minimize Moiré effects. It supports ultra-thin customization, widely used in LCD TVs, tablets, and laptops, as a core component to improve energy efficiency and reduce power consumption.

Functional Films for New Energy
Photovoltaic Gap Films:
Designed to enhance the performance and durability of PV modules, these films offer 85% reflectivity, improving light-to-electricity conversion. Their excellent UV and weather resistance ensures long-term outdoor reliability. After 1000 hours in a 85°C/85% RH environment, tests show no delamination, bubbling, or discoloration.

Privacy Protection Films:
Engineered with specialized optics to block side viewing angles, these films come in HD and matte TPU/PET materials. The HD version offers high transparency, while the matte version is anti-glare.
